The "Budo" sport club was founded in 1988 by Emil Prokopow, 6th dan in judo, 1st dan in karate. Every year the club takes part in various city,student and national championships (both for women and men), in 2002 it became Student champion club. There are sporting camps for all the members of the team, in the winter in the mountains, and in the summer- at the seaside. The age of the judokas is various- ftom 4 to 55 years.
